Terms of Service

Inferra · Last updated: August 30, 2026

These terms govern access to and use of the Inferra inference API and any related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

We provide access to machine-learning models via an OpenAI-compatible HTTP API. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, or abusive content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other customers' data; (d) interfere with or degrade the Service; or (e) reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models except as permitted by the applicable model license.

3. Model licenses

Models served through the Service are subject to their respective open-weight licenses (such as the MIT license for GLM-5.3-Flash and MiMo-V2.5). Output you generate is governed by those licenses and by any terms of the platform through which you access the Service.

4. Billing and payments

Usage of the Service is billed by the platform through which you access it (OpenRouter). You are responsible for all charges associated with your account. We may suspend access for non-payment, abuse, or violation of these terms.

5. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or change model availability and pricing, at any time. We do not guarantee uptime or specific throughput, though we aim to maintain high availability.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Utah.
